Leading video games journalists, including Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier, have predicted that the release date for GTA 6 will be at some point in 2023.
There was a caveat, however, with a footnote stating that new releases would be added to the document once they are officially announced.
In a video conference call with investors on 16 May, a slide showed that video game releases between 20 did not include GTA 6. There is still no word on a release date, though there have been some hints made by Rockstar Games’ parent company Take-Two Interactive.

The trove of data, which PCGamer discovered via a GTAForums post by the alleged hacker themselves, contains some 90 videos of clips from the game, with debug code and interfaces running and helping back up the veracity of the claims. Rockstar’s next installment in its Grand Theft Auto series could be one of the most anticipated video games in existence, and a new purported leak could offer us our best look yet at GTA 6.
